Where do you ship to?
We currently have warehouses in and ship to Australia and United States.
How much is shipping costs?

How long will my order take?
We will process and dispatch your order with 24 hours when received on a business day. Orders received on a weekend or public holiday will be processed the next business day. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
For Australia, we ship from Melbourne and will usually use Australia Post but may use another courier partner depending on the delivery location.
For the US, we ship from San Diego and will usually use FedEx or DHL but may use another courier partner depending on the delivery location.
What is your return policy?

We’re sure you’ll love our products but if you don’t, we’ll be happy to refund. Simply send it back to us with your receipt or proof of purchase.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in a re-saleable condition and/or not more than 30% of the product has been used. Returns must be made 30 days after delivery.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If your product is damaged or faulty, please get in touch, we’ll be happy to help out with a replacement or offer a store credit.
Please send us a photograph and subject heading “Faulty/Damaged Order No: XXXXX” within 7 days at email@example.com and we will guide you through the replacement process.
For any items that arrive broken or faulty will be replaced if we are notified within 7 days of receipt. Please do not dispose of the item until we have had the chance to chat with you. Please note that we will be unable to process a refund without a proof of damage photo.
What is your refund policy?
We reserve the right to offer store credits rather than a cash refund.
Cash refunds are offered on a case-to-case basis and at our discretion. Please contact our customer service.

Product – General FAQ
What are your ingredients?
All of our products are plant-based. We are proud of our strict formulation standards – every ingredient is carefully selected to ensure it is non-toxic to humans and the environment. We only use ingredients that score the highest in terms of safety according to the EWG database (www.ewg.org) . You can find our ingredients listed on each product page.
Are your products palm-oil free, vegan and cruelty free?
Yes! Our ingredients are either from a plant source (palm-oil free) or minerals. We do not test on animals, only on our own friends and family.
Where are your products made?
We manufacture all our products in our own facility in Melbourne, Australia.
I have sensitive skin, can I use your products?
Our products are carefully formulated with skin-friendly ingredients so it is gentle and non-irritating on sensitive skin. All of our products are all free of synthetic fragrances, harsh chemicals, dyes, and enzymes. Our products do contain a small amount of essential oils. We list the oils used in each product on our packaging and on each respective product page.
Are your products anti-bacterial?
Yes our natural laundry powder and miracle stain remover has the ability to eliminate germs. The laundry powder has been independently lab-tested to kill 99% of germs.
Are your products septic safe?
All septic systems are different, but we don’t use solvents, chlorine bleach, or other harsh chemicals, all of which may cause septic system issues.
Are your products pet-safe?
We have developed our product without volatile organic compounds (VOCs) so that they are safe for use around your pets and animals. However, the laundry powder does contain essential oils. Please check our ingredients list on each product page and avoid if your pet has any known allergies to particular essential oils.

Is your laundry powder grey water safe?
Yes they are!
Is your laundry powder suitable for top and front load machines?
Yes they are!
What is the recommended dosage?
For a standard load of washing, we recommend 2 flat wooden spoons (or 15g).
This is based on an average load in a 8.5kg front loader washing machine. Top loader machines, especially older ones, are generally larger and use more water than front loaders.
Our powders are formulated as a concentrate so a little goes a long way. Don’t be tempted to overdose.
How do I remove stains using your laundry powder?
For spot stains, wet the stained area and rub some laundry powder in. Leave overnight and wash as normal in your machine. For general stain or odour removal, add 1 spoon of laundry powder to a bucket of water, soak clothes overnight and wash per normal in your machine.
Do I need a softener?
Fabric softeners is not great for you, or the environment. They are full of harsh chemicals that create a film on your clothes and can irritate your skin. The good news is our laundry powder is formulated to ensure it does not harden fabrics so you save money and your health from having to use fabric softeners.
Is your laundry powder palm oil free?
Yes, none of our ingredients contain palm oil.
How is your laundry powder effective against stains and odours?
Our powder’s “secret sauce” is a probiotic that is scientifically proven to be effective in removing dirt and kill odour causing bacteria.

How do I remove stains using your Miracle Stain Remover?
For spot stains, wet the stained area and rub some laundry powder in. Leave overnight and wash as normal in your machine.
For heavily stained fabrics or odour removal, add 1 teaspoon of laundry powder and 2 teaspoons of stain remover to a bucket of warm water, soak clothes overnight and wash per normal in your machine.

Does your Miracle Stain Remover contain any fragrance?
This product is fragrance-free.
How do I pause/cancel/change frequency/edit my subscription?
Simply log in to your Mama Mila Home account via the website and click ‘Subscriptions’. Make any edits you require and press save. Once saved, this will automatically update any scheduled orders.
I have just changed the frequency of my subscription plan, when will it take effect?
The new frequency will take effect in your subsequent renewals. That means the immediate renewal will be based on your original frequency selection. The subsequent renewal will be based on the updated selection.
What are the benefits of subscription?

Is there a minimum lock in for your subscription plans?
Nope, you are welcome to pause, edit and reactivate your subscription plans any time. We’re here to make life easier not harder!
How do I dispose of the packaging that came with my order?
The outer boxes and cartons can go in your recycle bin.
The inner lining bag that holds the powders are made from certified home compostable material and can be disposed off in your home compost bin.
Please remove any visible tape or labels before recycling or composting.
